Santiago Jaramillo
Founder and CEO

A nationally recognized expert and keynote speaker on employee engagement, Santiago Jaramillo is the co-author of Agile Engagement, an Amazon best-selling book that provides employers with a framework for measuring employee engagement. As the CEO and co-founder of Emplify, Santiago leads a team of engagement experts in their mission to provide more reliable employee engagement insights for better decision making. Santiago has spoken to and trained thousands of CEOs and HR leaders across small, mid-market, and Fortune 500 companies on the importance and business value of employee engagement. In 2013, Santiago was named to Inc. magazine’s “30 Under 30” list and was also invited to the White House for recognition of his entrepreneurial contributions through the Champions of Change program. More recently, he received the award for Indiana Latino Businessman of the Year in 2016.

Adam Weber
Founder and VP of Sales

Adam Weber is co-founder and VP of Sales at Emplify, a company that helps leaders measure, diagnose, and solve their employee engagement challenges, where he leads a team of engagement experts focused on new business growth and market expansion. Previously, he served as Co-founder and VP of Sales for Bluebridge Digital, where he successfully built and sold a mobile engagement platform focused on engaging the audience of church and tourism organizations. Adam is a nationally-recognized expert and speaker on employee engagement, culture, team performance, and leadership development. He has spoken at a number of events around the country for which he has been consistently rated as a top presenter. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in organizational communication from Ball State University. He’s a former musician, retired pastor, aspiring comedian, and currently lives in Zionsville, IN with his wife, two sons, dogs, and chickens.

Each day, Brad rolls up his sleeves, leads with passion and approaches every challenge with an outcome’s mindset. He was born with the heart of a hungry entrepreneur and a builder, and has learned over the years that the journey is the most important part of life. Relationships are very valuable, and every day should be exciting, inspirational, and motivating.

Joseph Loria
VP of Customer Success

Joseph Loria brings over 15 years of expertise to his role leading the Emplify customer success function, where he and his team of customer success and technical services professionals are responsible for the full customer experience, from onboarding and education through support and retention. Previously, Joseph held vice president roles at auto-dealer data management company One View, Inc. and association management software company WebLink International. He also developed and managed the professional services practice at Autobase, Inc. which was named twice to both the Inc. 500 and to Deloitte’s Technology Fast Growth 500.

Dave Sears
VP of Finance

Dave Sears is VP of Finance at Emplify, where he is responsible for the financial resources and security of the company. In his role, he is focused on establishing controls and procedures to scale the business, ensuring accurate financial and operational metric reporting, cash management, budgeting and financial reporting, and analysis. Prior to joining Emplify, Dave held multiple leadership positions at Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget), where he was most recently Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. Dave began his career at Ernst & Young, where he provided assurance and consulting services to high growth organizations.
