Santiago Jaramillo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Emplify, where he leads a team of mobile engagement experts while overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the company’s product and brand. Santiago is a nationally-recognized expert on mobile and innovation and was named to Inc. Magazine’s 30 Under 30 “World’s Coolest Entrepreneurs” in 2013. He has also been invited to the White House for his entrepreneurial contributions and was named TechPoint’s “Young Professional of the Year” in 2013. Most recently, he was named to Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” list.
Todd Richardson brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, legal, real estate, and risk management to Emplify, where he serves as an adviser. Most recently, he founded and served as the Chief Culture Officer of Cadence Consulting, which was acquired by Bluebridge in 2016. Prior to that, Todd was the EVP of Administration for ExactTarget (Salesforce), where he helped grow the business to 3,000+ employees across 15+ global offices. Todd is a regular contributor and speaker for employee-focused publications and events such as the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Resolve Conference.
Adam Weber is the Vice President of Sales and Co-Founder at Emplify, where he leads a team of mobile experts focusing on new business growth and market expansion. He has previously held roles at web design firm SpinWeb, where he was Director of Business Development, as well as Commonway Church in Muncie, IN. Adam is a nationally-recognized expert and speaker on employee engagement, mobile, and innovation and has spoken at a number of events around the country which he has been consistently rated as a top presenter for.
Mitch brings nearly 20 years of software design and product development expertise to Emplify as CTO, where he leads both the product and engineering teams. Prior to founding Emplify, Mitch was a founding partner at DeveloperTown, where he created and led the mobile application team and worked on apps for both startups and Fortune 1000 companies like KAR Automotive and Eli Lilly. Mitch has extensive experience in iOS and Android app development, specifically in the areas of mobile application security and enterprise device management.
Joseph Loria brings over 15 years of expertise to his role leading the Emplify customer success function, where he and his team of customer success and technical services professionals are responsible for the full customer experience, from onboarding and education through support and retention. Previously, Joseph held vice president roles at auto-dealer data management company One View, Inc. and association management software company WebLink International. He also developed and managed the professional services practice at Autobase, Inc. which was named twice to both the Inc. 500 and to Deloitte’s Technology Fast Growth 500.
Dave Sears is VP of Finance at Emplify, where he is responsible for the financial resources and security of the company. In his role, he is focused on establishing controls and procedures to scale the business, ensuring accurate financial and operational metric reporting, cash management, budgeting and financial reporting, and analysis. Prior to joining Emplify, Dave held multiple leadership positions at Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget), where he was most recently Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. Dave began his career at Ernst & Young, where he provided assurance and consulting services to high growth organizations.
An investor and board member since 2014, Bill Godfrey is the managing director of 4G Ventures, as well as the Co-Founder and former Chairman and CEO of Aprimo. Bill is also the board member and investor of several other SaaS companies, including Bolstra, DemandJump, Lumavate, PERQ and Sigstr.
John True is a general partner at Cultivation Capital. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the tech industry, John has held executive roles at companies like Ariba, Guidewire Software, Fortify Software (acquired by HP), and Equallogic (acquired by Dell). John is also an independent board member at Llamasoft and Checkmarx.
Don Aquilano is co-founder and managing partner at Allos Ventures. A graduate of Harvard Business School, Don has seventeen years of venture capital experience with Gazelle TechVentures, Blue Chip Venture Company, and now Allos. Don has led investments in a number of technology companies, including Midwestern companies Scale Computing, Revenew (now Aprimo), BidPal, Weblink, Lessonly, and Tinderbox (now Octiv).
