Emplify strengthens market leadership in wake of key executive hires, revenue, job growth and prestigious partnership

INDIANAPOLIS – (Sept. 12, 2019) – Emplify, a leading employee engagement measurement company, today announced it has achieved a series of milestones that will position the organization for continued growth and market leadership. In addition to hiring 23 new employees in 2019, Emplify has appointed Zotec Partners alum Brad Boyer as VP of Product and Engineering, and former Return Path executive Nick Badgett as VP of Marketing.

Boyer has held various technology leadership positions at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50 enterprises across his 25-year career. Before joining Emplify as VP of Marketing, Badgett held marketing leadership positions at Return Path, Salesforce and ExactTarget. In 2016, he was named to Techpoint’s second Tech 25 class.

In addition to 2019 hiring and revenue growth, Scaling Up—a global executive education and coaching company founded by best-selling author Verne Harnish—named Emplify its official employee engagement partner for 2019. Over the last 30 years, Scaling Up has helped more than 40,000 businesses scale globally.

As a result of high customer ratings, Emplify earned a designation as a Summer 2019 High Performer from leading software review site G2. Since launching its employee engagement solution, Emplify has conducted more than 2,500 engagement strategy sessions with business executives. Emplify has collected nearly 14 million unique employee feedback data points, up 159 percent since the start of 2019.
