Emplify Hits One-Year Milestone with 100+ Customers and Record Revenue Growth


Company achieves 274% increase in quarter-over-quarter sales of its Insights product to provide leaders with actionable employee data

FISHERS, Ind.–(JULY 20, 2017)– Emplify, a rapidly-growing market contender in employee engagement measurement, is celebrating its one-year brand milestone with 274% quarter-over-quarter growth of its Insights™ product. In less than a year after selling Bluebridge’s church and tourism product lines, Emplify continues to see positive early adopter feedback and accelerated market adoption of its flagship solution, Emplify Insights.

Emplify Insights leverages a psychometrically valid score for employee engagement to give leaders a key human experience metric across segments like department, location, generation, and manager. Administered via survey once a quarter, Emplify combines quantitative questions with qualitative SmartPulse™ polling to surface specific ideas to improve employee engagement.

By delivering results grounded in three psychological conditions, as well as 14 key engagement drivers like shared values, role clarity, and authenticity, Emplify gives leaders the ability to prioritize initiatives that improve their engagement score. More than 100 customers across all industries, including Ivy Tech, Herff Jones, Appirio, Cheetah Digital, Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) and Right at Home, have selected Emplify to refocus their employee engagement initiatives.

When the company’s results revealed that the production team felt underutilized on a specific production process, TH Marine purchased more advanced equipment for their employees, speeding up the time to complete a certain task by 30%. By addressing a high-impact pain point uncovered by Emplify’s survey solution, TH Marine has been able to add $3.8 million in new product production capacity while reducing risk of injury, mitigating fatigue, and enhancing morale.
