Internationalization

Allow employees to participate in Emplify Measure surveys and SmartPulses using their preferred language. Invitations via text and email are translated to the employee’s selected language, and their language preferences are updated for convenience with subsequent surveys. The following are currently supported:

Help leaders level up their team’s engagement by equipping them with personal action consultation. A highly trained Emplify coach will identify the story in employee data and ensure that your key people walk away with tangible actions to work on each quarter.

$2400/yr for 5 leaders ($40/month per leader)

Frequently Asked Questions

Technically, no. However, we recommend that our customers subscribe to quarterly campaigns for the most effective results. You can skip if needed due to scheduling or priority conflicts, but the subscription price remains the same.

Typically, the timeframe from sell date to results presentation ranges from three to eight weeks for the first measurement campaign, and is considerably shorter for subsequent campaigns. The two biggest factors that impact timing are your ability to provide us with your current employee list and coordinating time with key stakeholders on your team.

You may add more employees at any point. When you do, your fee will be prorated based on the remaining term of your agreement with Emplify. You may add additional managers to your first package, but there are no roles and permissions—anyone you add will have full visibility.

You may purchase additional coaching sessions through your Engagement Expert. Data from employee survey results will be used to recommend coaching opportunities, if appropriate.

Employee group segments with less than five responses will not be visible within Emplify. This is meant to protect the confidentiality of the employee and thus encourage candid participation. Employees who did respond will still be factored into all other segments they are assigned, including the overall organizational results. We recommend optimizing your segments to ensure you’ll get results, and we’ll help you determine the best way to do that.

Yes. You can upgrade to a plan with more functionality at any point. Your fee will be prorated based on the time remaining in your agreement with Emplify. You can downgrade when your contract renews, but not before.

No. Employee segments are thoughtfully assigned to appropriate plans that have the right features and services allocated to ensure you get value out of your engagement with Emplify.

The people who join post-campaign briefing sessions are entirely up to you. Due to the sensitive nature of topics discussed, these sessions are typically reserved for executive teams and occasionally trusted lieutenants within the middle ranks of the organization.

While we don’t technically limit the number of SmartPulse questions you can ask, you can only administer them based on available employee segments in your selected package. This is usually determined by how many managers you include in this process. You should only ask a SmartPulse question when you are prepared to take action on what you uncover.
