Seth brings sharp business acumen and a passion for building meaningful relationships to everything he does at Morales Group. When he joined the company in 2005, he focused his efforts on business development; today he oversees all operations as President of Morales Group.

In addition to his key role at Morales Group, Seth is also deeply engaged with the community at large. Governor Pence appointed Seth to serve on the Indiana Commission for Hispanic Latino Affairs, and Seth also volunteers each summer with Project Stepping Stone, a program that helps Hispanic high school students successfully prepare for college and beyond. In addition, he serves on the board of the Indiana Latino Institute.

Santiago Jaramillo

An expert and keynote speaker on employee engagement, Santiago Jaramillo is the co-author of Agile Engagement, an Amazon best-selling book that provides employers with a framework for measuring employee engagement. As the CEO and Co-founder of Emplify, Santiago leads a team of engagement experts in their mission to provide more reliable employee engagement insights for better decision making. Santiago has spoken to and trained thousands of CEOs and HR leaders across small, mid-market, and Fortune 500 companies on the business results of employee engagement.

In 2013, Santiago was named to Inc. magazine’s “30 Under 30” list and was also invited to the White House for recognition of his entrepreneurial contributions through the Champions of Change program. More recently, he received the award for Indiana Latino Businessman of the Year in 2016.
