Gaylen is a high-energy presenter, coach, and leader who is able to build rapport in face-to-face and virtual relationships, guiding individuals and groups to deep levels of commitment and productivity. She has in-depth experience developing teams and leaders and taking projects from conception through delivery rapidly and efficiently. In addition to her work with Progression Partners, Gaylen works with the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness (CMOE) as a consultant and facilitator.
Previously, she served as the Vice President for Talent Development at LPL Financial where she worked closely with other members of the leadership team to create a talent-development vision and strategy for 3,500 employees. Gaylen has served numerous companies to improve leadership excellence with proven results such as DBM/Thomson Learning; the City of San Diego; Hewlett-Packard (HP) and the San Diego Padres.
Nicole is the Director of Relationship Marketing at Emplify and leads the company’s partnership and event channels. Strategically minded and creatively inclined, she leads a dynamic team focused on attaining and growing new partner and customer relationships through meaningful brand experiences. Nicole has built her career around a passion for employee engagement, and is also an advocate for gender equality in the workplace. She founded the internal Women of Emplify affinity group, and continues to serve as an advocate in various organizations across the Indianapolis community. Outside of work, you can find her talking to and helping people with the enneagram (classic 2), losing at trivia, and re-watching Parks and Rec.
