Peggy is the Manager of Career Coaching Services at Purple Ink. With a special interest in career coaching, talent acquisition and retention, Peggy enjoys connecting the right person to the right place. She is passionate about helping people find a job that they love and with a recruiter’s eye, she can provide the right guidance. Peggy is motivated to help create positive workspaces by offering creative solutions to problems in the workplace, resulting in reduced turnover, higher employee engagement and increased productivity.
Peggy joined the team in 2014 and has over 15 years of experience in HR. Her primary focus was on full lifecycle recruiting with additional experience as an HR generalist working on employee relations issues, training, OFCCP compliance, benefits administration and employee engagement programs. She has worked in the banking and advertising industries and has consulted with various nonprofits as well as clients in the finance, insurance, manufacturing, construction, and travel industries. Peggy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from The University of Michigan. She is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and a member of SHRM (Society Human Resource Managers) and IndySHRM.
Erin is the Director of Consulting Services with Purple Ink. She has 15 years HR experience, most recently as HR Director for the last five years in the professional motorsports industry. Prior to that, Erin worked in the healthcare industry for ten years. She started her HR career working with individuals with disabilities, helping them become gainfully employed. Erin enjoys the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function for small single owner companies to large corporations.
Erin’s bachelor’s degree is from Butler University. She earned her MPA from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs with a focus on Human Resources. She also has a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from IU School of Law.
She is currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Indy SHRM; Women’s Fund Options Alumni board member; Pass the Torch for Women mentor and 500 Circle Member; and serves as a Small Group Leader at College Park Church, where she is a member. She has been an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and IndySHRM for 15 years.
Nikki Lewallen is the CEO of Rainmakers, a business development organization that accelerates growth for small to mid market businesses through fostering relationships. Nikki has been a flagship accelerator to the organization’s global footprint over the past 11 years. Nikki’s mission is to inspire people to their true potential doing what they love. As a keynote speaker, after many years of sharing the message Loving Mondays, Nikki realized her true calling in the employee engagement industry. In 2017, Nikki made a strategic leap to Emplify to build nationwide partnerships to impact 1 million employees in finding true meaning in their work.
