Steve Baker is Vice President of The Great Game of Business, Inc. Andrew Appel serves as President & CEO of Gregory & Appel, and has worked in various roles in the industry since 2003.

Andrew helps clients reset the balance of power with insurance companies through assessment, education and implementation of safety and risk management programs. Cultural Institutions and Education Risks are areas of focus for Andrew. From assessing exposures prevalent in these entities to designing an effective risk transfer strategy, Andrew enjoys working with those who serve others to help manage risk.

Andrew is well versed on all aspects of Property and Casualty insurance programs including guaranteed cost, retained risk, and self-insured coverage. Particular areas of focus include professional and management liability.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a concentration in Commerce and earned a M.B.A. from Indiana University, Bloomington. He is active in Noble of Indiana, the Friends of Holliday Park, Orchard School, and the Penrod Society benefiting local Arts and Education organizations. Andrew has been recognized as a Forty Under 40 by the Indianapolis Business Journal, and one of Indy’s Best and Brightest by Junior Achievement for his professional and civic accomplishments.

Adam Weber is Chief People Officer and Co-founder of Emplify, a company that helps leaders measure, diagnose, and solve their employee engagement challenges. Previously, he co-founded Bluebridge Digital, a mobile app platform, where he grew and sold the company in 2016. Adam is an expert and speaker on employee engagement, culture, team performance, and leadership development. He has spoken at a number of events around the country for which he has been consistently rated as a top presenter. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in organizational communication from Ball State University, is a former musician, retired pastor, aspiring comedian, and currently lives in Zionsville, IN with his wife, two sons, and dogs.
