As the Chief People Officer, Christine is responsible for developing and executing on the people operations strategy of the overall organization in areas of talent management, performance management, organizational development, succession planning, and people operations. Christine’s passion for employees exudes into every aspect of the organization and her life.

Under Christine’s leadership, SalesLoft was named THE #1 Best Place to Work in Atlanta for the past two years in a row. When she joined the team, Christine’s commitment to SalesLoft was to create industry-leading programs that other companies would want to emulate. She has done exactly that with the paid parental leave program, launching a women’s integrated network, diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as enhancing SalesLoft’s perk program. Christine is always working to ensure that SalesLoft’s core values are reflected in every area of the business. Christine has an eclectic mix of experience which spans core functional areas including strategy, operations, and HR. Her background includes supporting business leaders in industries such as automotive, food, retail, education, real estate, and most recently software as a service. Christine has led diverse teams in terms of backgrounds, experiences, and size. Recently named in the Top 50 Women in SaaS, Christine has distinguished herself as a trusted advisor, a change champion, and a devoted employee advocate.

John Grover is the Chief People Officer and Owner of Endsight. John received his MBA from the University of Phoenix, a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University, and earned technical certifications from both Microsoft and Cisco. He was also recently accepted into Harvard Business School’s Certificate of Management Excellence program. John is a lifelong learner, constantly pursuing expanding his understanding both inside and outside the classroom.

In addition to being an avid mountain biker and surfer, John is dedicated to reading over 50 books a year to improve himself as a leader, father, husband, and athlete. He is also passionate about empowering others to do the same. In the last year, John has written over 60 articles on such topics as leadership, company values, and learning.

Adam Weber is Chief People Officer and Co-founder of Emplify, a company that helps leaders measure, diagnose, and solve their employee engagement challenges. Previously, he co-founded Bluebridge Digital, a mobile app platform, where he grew and sold the company in 2016. Adam is an expert and speaker on employee engagement, culture, team performance, and leadership development. He has spoken at a number of events around the country for which he has been consistently rated as a top presenter.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in organizational communication from Ball State University, is a former musician, retired pastor, aspiring comedian, and currently lives in Zionsville, IN with his wife, two sons, and dogs.
